YU (President CHOI Oe-chool) was certified as “2022 Best HRD in Public Sector” for consecutive four times under management by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Personnel Management.


YU received a certificate letter and certificate plaque in the ceremony of “2022 Best HRD in Public Sector” held on September 28.It is the certification for consecutive four times next to 2012, 2016, and 2019 and certification period is three years until September 2025.


 Best HRD certification system has been executed since 2006 to certify model public agencies of human resource management/development including fair personnel management focused on capability and development of capability of constituents based on Framework Act on the Development of Human Resources.


This year, 46 agencies consisting of 26 re-certification and 17 new certifications were certified.Five schools including YU were included.


YU received uniformly excellent evaluations in 16 detailed evaluation items including ten items for human resource management and six items for human resource development.


President CHOI Oe-chool of YU said, “I think it is the recognition of YU’s human resource development capability including fair employment and management of university members, rational evaluation of and compensation for performances and operation system of education/training programs for enhancement of members’ capabilities. Continuous support will be made at university level so that the staff may provide students with the best administrative services.”
