매달 야간사용승인신청 전월 말에 접수하니 첨부파일 작성하여 사무실로 제출바랍니다.

1. 대상 : 기계공학부 대학원생 또는 학부연구생

2. 범위 : 야간사용 시설물(연구실 및 실험실)

3. 제출기간 : 매달 말까지 제출

   ex) 3월 야간사용승인신청서 -> 2월 말까지 제출

4. 제출방법 : 첨부파일 양식 작성 후 행정실 방문제출 또는 이메일제출

   ※ 처리된 서류는 문자받으신 후, 매달 1일 행정실에서 받아가시면 됩니다.

   ※ 야간사용승인신청서 미게시시 사용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

We receive applications for approval for night use at the end of the previous month every month, 

so please fill out the attached file and submit it to the office.

2. Scope: Night facilities (laboratory)

3. Submission period: Submission by the end of each month

  ex) Application for approval for night use in March -> Submitted by the end of February

4. Method of submission: Submit visit to administrative office or e-mail after completing the attached file form

  ※ There may be restrictions on use if the application for approval for night use is not posted.
