 Professor Kim, Hong Jin (Department of Surgery) was appointed as the Korean representative (executive director) for a two year term in the 4th general meeting of Asian-Pacific Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association(APHPBA) that was held in Shanghai, China from March 26 to March 30.

 In the academic conference prior to this general meeting, Professor Kim made an invited lecture on the 'Hepatic Resection for Liver Cancer'.

 Meanwhile, Professor Kim is also the 2014 World Congress vice-chairperson of the International Hepato-Pancreato Biliary Association (IHPBA) that will be held in Seoul in 2014.
